This human-centered messaging was designed to resonate deeply with job seekers, positioning Community Living as an accessible and fulfilling career path.
At the heart of the campaign are authentic, story-driven visuals—real people, real workplaces, real impact. Photos and videos captured genuine moments of connection, showcasing the diversity of the workforce and the meaningful nature of the work. This unscripted approach not only engaged potential recruits but also uplifted existing employees, reinforcing the sector’s value.
Additionally, the campaign features engaging website elements to further connect with potential candidates. A suitability quiz helps job seekers to assess their fit for Community Living roles, guiding them toward understanding how their skills and values align with the sector’s needs. The Location Finder tool further enhances the user experience by connecting prospects directly with local agencies, making it easier for them to explore opportunities and take the next step in their career journey.
