Promac
Setting the blueprint for quantum growth
Promac Manufacturing was a 40-year old Island company with a solid reputation and an enviable client list that was stuck in a mature industry. Growth and innovation had stalled. New owner Gary Powers had a vision for transforming Promac into a leading technology innovator for a global market. Setting the company on a path to growth, he invested in product R&D, a value-stream reorganization, new systems and talent and an ambitious brand overhaul.
Taiji was hired to fast-track a rebrand aimed at repositioning the company in a competitive global market but also to help prepare the organization for change. We included all of Promac’s people and teams in the process, giving them opportunities to participate in planning sessions, input surveys, photo shoots. We provided a steady stream of communications throughout the process to build comfort and trust around the big changes that were unfolding.
Our rebrand included a brand blueprint, a system of visual identities for each value stream, an image bank we’re constantly enhancing, marketing and sales tool kits, a trade show exhibit system, and a robust new website. We continue to work with Promac as their ‘offline marketing department’.
“In business, if you’re not willing to evolve, you’ll be overtaken by those that are. Whether you call it evolution, retooling or reinvention, change is vital to success. Our new brand has been instrumental in our re-invention. We are now a company that gets considered alongside the top global players in our industry.”
